goval-dictionary builds a local copy of OVAL (Open Vulnerability and Assessment Language) definitions. It fetches OVAL data from multiple sources including Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu, SUSE, Oracle Linux, Alpine, and Amazon, and stores it in a local database (SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis) for use with vulnerability scanners like Vuls.
